What is the Aimcise 30-Day Challenge?

The Aimcise 30-Day Challenge is a program designed to develop you in a better shooter through a set of daily tasks over 30 days. It's not for the faint of heart, but for those who are ready to push their limits and prove to themselves that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.

What Does the Challenge Involve?

The Aimcise 30-Day Challenge involves five simple, yet powerful tasks that you must complete every day for 30 days

THE FIVE DAILY TASKS

  1. Daily Dry-Fire/Dry-Draw and Stance Practice: Spend 15 minutes each day practicing your shooting techniques and perfecting your stance. This will help improve your accuracy, consistency, speed and overall handling.
  2. Daily Hydration and Nutrition Focus: Commit to drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day and incorporating a healthy, balanced nutritional program that you can stick to for 30 days. Proper hydration and nutrition are key to maintaining your physical health and performance.
  3. Daily Breathwork and Visualization Exercise: Spend 10 minutes each day doing breathwork exercises such as “combat breathing” aka “box breathing” and visualizing successful shots. This mental practice can help overcome target panic and improve overall performance. All Olympic champions and Navy SEALs do constant visualization, and so should you.
  4. Daily Physical Fitness Activity: Commit to at least 20 minutes of physical activity each day. This could be any physical activity that suits your fitness level as long as you can commit to it for 30 days. Regular physical activity can improve your strength, speed and endurance, and overall mood, all of which are beneficial for shooting sports.
  5. Daily Safety Selfie: Each day, take a selfie of you performing any 4 of the daily tasks, and post it on social media with a caption that includes a safety rule or reminder for the day. Use the hashtags #AlphaThreeZero and #AimciseChallenge.

I work full time and have kids. I don't have time for this.
